Terminate calls immediately to Voicemail
This call flow is how to program a NEC to terminate a call immediately to Voicemail, quite often used for a night destination. Create a Virtual extension, Forward that extension to voicemail , terminate the call to the virtual extension as bellow:
Programming:
PRG 11-04-01 Create a Virtual extension eg 202
PRG 24-09-xx Set call forward of Virtual extension (202) to the VM pilot (3999)
PRG 47-02-xx Make sure there is a mail box for 202
License required for SV9100
No License required for the SL2100
Program a MWI key on one of many handsets
15-07-xx VM access key ( 77 , 202 ) on one or many handsets
Analogue CO : 22-01 - Trunk set to DIL
22-02-01 Set CO to DIL
22-07-01 Set DIL to Virtual extension, 202
SIP/ISDN ( DDI )
