Obtaining License from NEC License Server ( LMS )

Applying a license involves a few steps

Get you HWKC from your NEC CPU (if existing skip this step)

Create the new Customer (if existing skip this step)

Create the new Customer Location (if existing skip this step)

Select and attach the licenses

Activate the licenses and download license file

It is best practice to obtain the HWKC from the web browser as there is less likely to be a typo if you “Copy & Paste” the HWKC

THERE IS NO DATA VALIDATION ON ENTRY , LMS will accept “a” where is should be “A” , then it will fail when you try to apply to the CPU.
