NEC SV9100 SL2100 Terminate to Announcement
This call flow is how to program a NEC to terminate a call immediately to an announcement only, quite often used for a night destination. We use the VRS feature with hang up after the greeting.
Analogue CO :
22-01 - Trunk set to VRS
25-02-02 set VRS message number 001 - 099
25-03-01 Set to 0 so the call hangs up
25-07-01 set to 1 second , reduce the silence time at end of call
SIP/ISDN ( DDI ) ,
prerequisite DDI set up
22-11-02 Leave blank
22-11-05 Set to 5xx , where xx is VRS message 0(01) – 0(99)
25-03-01 Set to 0 so the call hangs up
25-07-01 set to 1 second , reduce the silence time at end of call
Record Greeting
From a handset with correct Class of Serice ( by default extension 101 is in CoS 15 which allows recording )
Lift hand piece
Dial 616 7
Dial message number ( 01 - 99 )
Start recording after double beep
Press hook switch to hang up for a clean end
