NEC SV9100 SL2100 Overflow calls to delay group then to Voicemail ( PSTN , Non DID )
This call flow is how to program a NEC to terminate incoming calls one of a few extensions then overflow to more extensions, finally to Voicemail
SV9100 CP20 & SL2100 V2.00+ have added delay members within a ring group,
Set the final delay timer to VM
Set the timer to send calls to Voicemail
22-01-04 = 30 seconds
Send calls to the Voicemail process
22-08-01 = 102, Special ring group 102 ( voicemail ), not to be confused with extension 102
Create a Virtual Extension

Create a Mailbox
Once the call enters the Voicemail , the Voicemail by default plays a “Routing mailbox” you need to change this to a real voice mailbox.
Set the destination for un-tagged calls that enter Voicemail;
47-11 (tick override schedule, set to Station mailbox & set mailbox number)
Don’t forget to add the mailbox on your keys
