This call flow is how to program a NEC to terminate incoming calls one extension then overflow to more extensions

New Method:

V9100 CP20 & SL2100 V2.00+ have added delay members within a ring group, however the old method is still available and handy to overflow to Voicemail.

Old Method:

( Very limiting for PSTN trunks using the old method, this method uses a single overflow ring group, where a inbound call will flow from one ring group to the next , there is no option for a 3rd, 4th & so on. )

This method is a good option for overflow to Voicemail

( unlike the new method, were extensions are added at the relevant time )

Use special ring group Number 102.

Then set un-tagged call in 47-11 (tick override schedule, set to Station mailbox & set mailbox number)

This was the only method available on :

  1. SL1100
  2. SV8100
  3. SL2100 (Pre V2.00)
  4. SV9100 (CP10)
