To find the IP handset’s IP address:


On the button right of the display press & hold the Home /Help Button

Dial “2”  .. “2. System Information

Dial “1” .. “1. Network Settings”

Press the “Down” soft touch key to scroll through the network details

To find the “registration server” that the handset is trying to contact


On the button right of the display press & hold the Home /Help Button

Dial “2”  .. “2. System Information

Dial “2” .. “2. SIP Settings”

Press the “Down” soft touch key to scroll through the SIP detail , eg extension , Sip server , Port
