DDI Mode Switching

Use:

This is used when you have DDI’s that need to be independently switched, example car dealership that has a sales department and a service department, Service stays back later and receives lots of car pick up enquiries.

User Procedure:

Press the one touch key ( programmed as 88, additional data set to one of 500 tables ) , DDI Mode 1 = LEF off , 2 = LED On , 3=LED Flash , 4=LED wink.

End user single presses the DDI Mode Switch, then the mode number ( 1 tru 8 ).

Conditions:

This is independent of “System Modes” used for CoSToll restriction & Timer settings so remember to set all trunks in all modes to “DDI Mode switch” as you may also require to “System mode switch” as well as “DDI Mode Switch”.

Each number that needs to be independently switched consumes another key on a MLT.

If no match found in one of the 500 tables (22-17-01) , then call is processed as a normal DDI route.

PRG 22-17-01 ( Called Number )

PRG 22-17-02 ( DDI Mode to table )

In this example I have DDI Mode Switch 1 point to table 901, 2 to table 902 & 3 to table 903.

PRG 22-11-01 , No received number is required as number has been matched in 22-17 then set to table 901 , 902 & 903 based on pattern ( mode )

Notice I have populated 4 tru 8 with 901 , this is to prevent user error as there is nothing stopping the end user to press the DDI Mode switch key then the number 8
