LIC Server - Convert Lic & download Lic. ( please refer to attached article from NEC Australia )
Connect and download database using PCPro ( CP10 )- Save the database.
Connect and download all recorded greetings using web browser ( VRS & Mail boxes )
TIP: To save customer down time take a spare chassis to site with you to prep the new CPU , performing the following tasks “off line” & swap the CPU blade once complete.
Power system down and physically remove all cards from system
Insert only the CPU ( with VoIP card if required ) and power on
Open PCPro ( CP20 ) , File > Open …open your saved CP10 database
Connect to the CPU ( CP20 ) & Perform a FULL Upload , including blade config when prompted
Upload Lic ( Web Pro or PCPro )
Upload saved recordings ( Web Pro )
Re-insert all blades back into same position
***if you have expansion cabinets the BS10 must be upgraded to a BS20, the CP20 will not boot up with a BS10 installed***
