NEC SV8100-SV9100 Conversion Process
LIC Server - Convert Lic & download Lic.
NOTE: The license migration supplies 16 voicemailbox users.
Connect and download database using SV8100 PC Pro - Save the database.
Connect and download all recorded greetings using web browser ( VRS & Mail boxes )
Power system down and physically remove all cards from system
Insert only the CPU ( with VoIP card if required ) and power on
Open the SV8100 saved database using SV9100 PCPro ( accept conversion of database )
Check the database, items that do not convert correctly are:
CPU type
Upload the database ( SV9100 PCPro ) , include hardware configuration when asked
Disconnect from the system & wait 3-4 minutes for system to save the database
Upload Lic ( Web Browser or PCPro )
Upload saved recordings ( Web Browser )
Re-insert all blades back into same position
