Setting answer points manually - Multiple answer options
If there is a requirement to have multiple answering location outside (3) Day / Night / Lunch you can utilize the time periods within the incoming call routes.
Configuration
Within Call Control -> Inbound Route select DID that requires to have the multiple answer locations set and scroll down to Time Condition and select "Based on Custom Time Periods""
Select "Add Custom Time Period"
Enter 24 Hour time period
Set destination:
Assign the first entry to the day ring detsination (day)
Note Feature code number and assign to the days required, Generally assign to all as it is a manual selection when configured.
This cannot be changed and is assigned by the PBX
Select Confirm when completed
This will now assign an entry into the time period. Assign this to be your standard day ring destination:
You can now add addition Custom time periods with the destination required e.g. set on to a VM for night, another to an external number for a mobile etc...
In this example we have set the following:

You can now set the feature codes against a BLF button and manually select each to activate.
