Yeastar - Recording Permissions to Users - S&R


Recording Permissions to Users - Search & Replay
By default, only the Administrator role has permission to manage the call recording files. The super administrator can grant recording permission to extension users and allow the users to play, download, and delete recording files.

Permission Role Assignment

Assign Permission to Role
  1. Go to Extension and Trunk -> Role select role to edit / add permission or click Add.
  2. Within role go to Reports and Recordings, select and review selectable items for allowance

Once configured role go to Extension and Trunk -> Extension and allocate user role against.



User Access

1.  log into YCM,  switch to Access Management Portal.


2. Access to Reports and Recordings with allocated permissions is available.
