Outbound Call Playing MOH


Issue:

Identified on Symbio SIP trunks that on outbound call local music on hold is heard not ring tone.

Remedy:

On the SIP trunk enable "Ignore 183 Message without SDP". This is located Extension and Trunk -> Trunk -> Advanced -> VoIP Settings
