1. Add SIP Trunk in Yeastar PBX
2. Configure SIP Trunk Parameters
- Name: give this SIP trunk a name to help you identify it.
- In the Select ITSP Template leave this as "General"
- Make sure the trunk status is “Enabled”.
Detailed Configuration
- Hostname = sip.voiptrunk.tel
- Port = 0
- Username = Name provided by CommsPlus, will be the registration number (In this example 72903)
- Authentication Name = Same as Username provided by CommsPlus (In this example 72903)
- Transport = UDP
- Domain = sip.voiptrunk.tel
- Password = Password provided by CommsPlus, will be the registration number
- Enable Outbound Proxy = L:eave this UNCHECKED
Advanced
Within Tab Advanced -> VoIP Setting check the Qualify.
When Qualify is enabled PBX will periodically send OPTION messages confirming SIP trunk is online" Keep Alives"
DIDs/DDIs
Add Associated DDI/DID numbers to the SIP Trunk there has to be a minimum of 1. If the DID is not added it will not ring to the PBX.
DID/DDI can be added singular or as a range
Numbering format for DID is E164
Inbound Parameters
1. Get Caller ID From = From
2. Get DID From = To
Outbound Parameter's
1. From User Part = [Default]
2. Diversion = [Default]
3. P-Asserted-Identity = Trunk Username
4. P-Preferred-Identity = [NONE]
5. From Display Name Part = [Default]
6. Remote-Party-ID = [NONE]
7. P-Asserted-Identity URI Format = SIP URI (sip:)
Caller ID Passthrough

To pass caller ID through on forward, transferred call set the following, Set the parameter in the From User Part to be Originator Caller ID
