Grandstream HT802 to Yeastar




Setup Yeastar User


In Yeastar admin portal, add user for the ATA   and configure as below:




  1. Assign Extension Number and Name, take note of Registration Name and Password, use auto generated or set a new password.

Disable Voicemail


  1. Click Save and Apply




  1. Log into Grandstream  HT 802 (DHCP enabled by default ) can be found via LAN scan


User name: admin

Password: admin

      You can assign an address to the unit  in  Basic settings IPV4 settings or leave as DHCP(Static recommended)
      If using static IP ,  DNS servers MUST be entered as we are using FQDN and require name resolution

       Go to Accounts 1



      Make Account Active: Yes


      SIP server address/Outbound Proxy is YOUR URL for the Yeastar  instance. 


      User name is the extension number and the password is the password 


      Set register Expiration to 5

      Subscribe registration to 120


      NAT Transversal :Keep Alive


     




      








      Goto Status and confirm it is registered and active

Scroll down and configure the following options:

  1. Disable-Call-Waiting: Yes 
  2. Disable-Call-Waiting-Caller-ID: Yes 
  3. Disable-Call-Waiting-Tone: Yes 

 


  1. Jitter Buffer Type: Fixed 
  2. Jitter Buffer Length: High 
  3. Disable Line Echo Canceller (LEC): Yes 
  4. Disable Network Echo Suppressor: Yes
