Manual recording of VRS Greeting
There are 100 greetings on both the SL2100 and 200 on the SV9100
They can be used for;
MoH
Auto attendant greetings
Night announcements ( No messages to be left )
Delay announcements in ring groups ( DTMF dial out NOT supported )
From an extension with the correct Class of service ( 101 by default )
Listen to current greeting
Press speaker
Dial 616 Service code
Dial 5 Listen
Dial 001 – 100 VRS position ( 001-200 for the SV9100 )
Greeting plays if any
Press speaker
Record greeting
Lift hand piece (you can use speaker but the quality of recording is better on the handpiece)
Dial 616 Service code
Dial 7 Record
Dial 001 – 100 VRS position ( 001-200 for the SV9100 )
Start recording at the “Beep”
Press the # to end recording & replay.
