Manufacturer Direct Online Warranty Claim Process – Poly ver. FEB 2024

The quickest way to receive a replacement headset, is to lodge a warranty claim, and request an advanced replacement direct with HP support.

Browse to Poly product warranty registration website: https://support.hp.com

Create an account and register the device, then submit warranty claim. Replacement is usually dispatched within 2-4 days, you will need to return the faulty unit back to HP, they will send email with return details.

Click the sign in Icon at top of web page, if you don't have a login create one

Whilst you're there you may as well register any other Plantronics products that you have,  just repeat the process.


Once you have registered your product

Click item to Submit a Claim
