The quickest way to receive a replacement headset, is to lodge a warranty claim, and request the warranty replacement directly with Yealink support.

Browse to Yealink product warranty registration website: https://ams.yealink.com

Create an account and register the device. Even when there is no issue with the product received brand new. This process will enable product owner to obtain warranty replacement faster when the device becomes faulty within warranty period.

Replacement is usually dispatched within 2-4 days depending on stock availability. The faulty unit will need to be returned to Yealink, they will communicate via the online support ticketing system for instructions.

Whilst you’re there you can register all Yealink products purchased and they will be shown on your account dashboard for future warranty claim.
