The quickest way to receive a replacement headset, is to lodge a warranty claim, and request the warranty replacement directly with Jabra support. 

Browse to Jabra product warranty registration website: https://servicenet.jabra.com

Create an account and register the device.

Even when there is no issue with the product received brand new. This process will enable product owner to obtain warranty replacement faster when the device becomes faulty within warranty period.

Replacement is usually dispatched within 2-4 days, you will need to return the faulty unit back to Jabra, they will send email with return details.
