Avaya Call Reporting (ACR) Restart Service via Web GUI (Diag)
Open a browse and enter the URL
(where x.x.x.x is the IP address of the ACR, you can also use the FQDN)
At the Diag login page, enter your ACR credentials
For ACR Reporting service, select Chronicall
Select Submit
Select Restart Avaya Call Reporting Service
Select Yes
You might get a warning advising the request failed, however this is not correct. If you try to refresh the page or select another option on the left, you will notice it will not update the page
The service will take a couple of minutes to restart. Once completed you can logout
