Yeastar_Migrating Cloud Instances to White Label Platform

To move an existing instance from Yeastar branded YCM to White label YCM

The White Label Platform is completely separate to the current Yeastar branded YCM platform. As such the licencing is also separate. To migrate a client from one YCM portal to the White Label Portal. A licence swap will have to happen, procedure below:
  1. You must work  with the Commsplus helpdesk in regards to the transferring of license keys between platforms . this can be started by submitting a  helpdesk  ticket , so a staff resource can be assigned to your case
  2. You will need to notify us of the instance/Client name, and how many licences , as we will need to delete the licences from your YCM branded reseller account and relocate them to your White Label portal  on an agreed time and date . Billing on old instance will end , and  billing on new instance begins.

We ask you to try an perform these tasks at the start of the calendar month -
