Capture Backup
Log in to Yeastar Central Management, Login as Administrator to the PBX instance -Take a backup of Instance. You must do this within the instance and not YCM portal (YCM does not give a download file option)
1. go to Maintenace > Backup and Restore

2. Select Backup- Name file and add comment for reference, Select backup types (all): System Config, Custom prompts, call logs, contacts , chat history. Call recordings can not be backed up or migrated.
- Backup will complete and download can be obtained:
Download Backup To PC
1. Within list Select

download next to backup wanting to save to local PC.
2. File will complete the download of .BAK file to your local drive.
