Yeastar-LDAP -Create Phone book for Yealink phones

NOTE : the contacts permissions will only work for Linkus, the ldap will always show all the company contacts in the PBX

Create your contacts in customer contacts 

Create Contacts 

Allow users to view phone books , if using Linkus clinets 

go to Contacts > LDAP Server. 

On the top of the page, turn on LDAP Server. 

Click the LDAP Server Settings tab to check the LDAP Server settings .

Click the LDAP Nodes tab, enable Company Contacts and extensions 

If a node is disabled, you cannot query the information under this node.

You should also see your Credentials for each user etc (these will automatically be added to your phones )

Add your phones under Auto provisioning as per normal

Select manage phone settings or Goto Extension and trunk /Extension /phone 

Create a function key – if desired ( simpler to find contacts )

Plug your phone in _ IF YOUR PHONE IS ALREADY CONNECTED TO THE YEASTAR YOU MAY HAVE TO FACTORY RESET THE HANDSET TO DOWNLOAD THE LDAP CONFIG -I found reprovision did not work )
