Add a PBX
Log into Yeastar Central management portal
Select
Cloud PBX
PBX
Select add
PBX name – end customer name
Plan – Enterprise plan
Extension- the number of extensions on site (minimum is 3)
Concurrent calls- 3 (1 concurrent call for each extension)
Recording capacity 500
Region :Oceania (Sydney Australia)
URL-usually customername @.au.ycmcloud.com
PBX version : select the latest
Group will be Your company group
PBX type Commercial
PBX expiration date : do not enter date if forced enter a date as far as you can into the future eg 2029 etc
Customer details are now added
First name , company name and email are compulsory ( use your email address not the site contacts here ) if you miss this step it can be modified later
Tick allow password less login to pbx ( this will allow YOU to access PBX via your Yeastar Central management portal if you wish
You will now see you PBX that you have just created ready to be started
Start PBX
This is where your email address is the company information comes in handy as the confirming details are sent to you , not the client who you will have to chase down, This will distribute activation email
If you have not done this click on cancel then goto details
Customer information and add yourself then select More and resend activation email
You will now receive the activation email with the next steps involved
Tip during wizard
Device name is what will be used as the senders name in emails – you cannot change it after wood (I personally use the companies name )
Tick enabled allowed Country/Region Dialing protection (easier than making toll restriction tables)
International dial code set to 001
After reboot it is now up (green)
