NEC-Scripts - Access 4 SIP trunks

I have included 3 x scripts  2 for the latest version 5.21 which allows caller ID pass thru , the last script is for older firmware versions

will set up lines 1-4 as SIP trunks



add SIP Server

just need to add credentials in 10-36
