operation for Access 4 SIP Trunks
requires Diversion header
Prg 84- 39-42=2, Prg
84-39-05=6 to support Caller ID pass
thru for forwarded and diverted calls. The following programing is required to
enable the feature
1. Set Prg 14-01-24 enable for all Access 4 SIP trunk lines
2. Set Prg 21-17 enter SIP service GDN for All Access 4 SIP trunk lines.
3. Set Prg 21-19 required to be set if normal outgoing call from extension requires to send personal DID number.
4. Prg 99-03-68 = 0 (Caller ID) ( Handset Programming only) and via Webpr/PcPro set Prg 20-25- 21=Caller ID.
5. Set the following SIP Scripts: PRG 84-39-03 = 1
PRG 84-39-05 = 6 (New Script Function) PRG 84-39-06 = 1
PRG 84-39-08 = 1
PRG 84-39-09 = 1
PRG 84-39-10 = 1
PRG 84-39-12 = 1
PRG 84-39-14 = 1
PRG 84-39-23 = 1
PRG 84-39-28 = 1
PRG 84-39-42 = 2 ( New Script Function)

This PRG can control to add the Diversion Header in Invite message. Note: If this PRG is set Mode 1 or Mode 2, "Diversion: <sip:[selectable]@ IP address or Domain>;reason=unconditional" is set in this field. Mode 0 Does not add the Diversion Header in Invite message. Mode 1 Add the Diversion Header in Invite message. Set PRG21-19 as User Part. Mode 2 [v5.21.03 or Higher] Add the Diversion Header in Invite message. Set PRG10-36 as User Part. |
