CommsPlus support provides a WhatsApp messaging channel enabling CommsPlus partners to lodge support tickets with a valid partner account email address quickly.

This is achieved by the WhatsApp guided conversation chat bot when you initiate a chat with the CommsPlus support phone number  +61 3 9872 2980 using WhatsApp shown below.

To start, say “hi” to the chat bot. Follow the guided conversation to lodge a ticket in just a few minutes.

                  

Enter an email address to continue, the system will check if the address is valid.


Once the email is validated with an CommsPlus account, continue to enter the phone number for our support team member to call back and discuss the support request when required.

                 

Select the relevant product brand that was purchased from CommsPlus relating to the support request; Complete the required support request subject and details.


Once the support detail is entered, a ticket number will be provided on screen as well as an email will be sent for contacting CommsPlus phone support as mandatory reference.
