CommsPlus Quick Ticket instruction MAY 2024

CommsPlus support website provides a chat bot enabling CommsPlus partners to lodge support tickets with a valid partner account email address quickly.

This is achieved by the Quick Ticket guided conversation chat bot on the bottom right-hand corner on the CommsPlus support website shown below.




To start, click the “Quick Ticket” icon to bring up the chat bot window. Follow the guided conversation to lodge a ticket in just a few minutes.

Enter aemail address to continue, the system will check if the address is valid.

Once the email is validated with an CommsPlus account, continue to enter the phone number for our support team member to call back and discuss the support request when required.


Select the relevant product brand that was purchased from CommsPlus relating to the support request; Complete the required support request subject and details.

Once the support detail is entered, a ticket number will be provided on screen as well as an email will be sent for contacting CommsPlus phone support as mandatory reference.
