Telnyx- Buying Numbers (Adding Numbers)

Buy Numbers in Telnyx Portal

Login to portal
Real-Time Communications>Numbers> Buy Numbers

Select 
  1. Country
  2. Features
  3. Local
  4. City
  5. Type in City
Select Numbers and add to cart

Create a Billing Group ( Ie customer tag- Reseller Name_customer name) This is how we can separate billing for each customer
Click on your Login Avatar and select Billing

Create Group




Got to Cart
Add your Billing Group
If you have already built your applications, they can be assigned here
Place order



Return to  Numbers>Buy Numbers
Click on Number orders Tab
The numbers you have order will be sitting as pending, click on the action symbol

This will take you to requirements page.
Telnyx, to comply with ACMA and IPND requirements, needs to verify identity of each customer.
Complete the requirements, in most cases its a copy of customer ID and a Utility bill showing customer physical address


Requirement Groups
To prevent having to upload documents on every order
You can create a Requirement Group and upload all the documents and information 
Numbers - Compliance - Requirement Groups - New Requirement Group

Upload the details as required and Save



Once Telnyx have verified the info, numbers will become available - 24-48 hours
