No Ring Back Tone  Outbound Calls

Some SIP providers or endpoints might send 183 messages without SDP, and this can cause problems with call progress. Ignoring them can resolve issues where users don't hear ringing or experience other call setup problems. When a 183 response is received without SDP, it can sometimes cause issues with call setup.

Enabling the following setting in Yeastar PBX tells the system to disregard these specific 183 messages. 

Within Extension & Trunk -> Trunk -> Advanced
  1. Enable "Ignore 183 Message without SDP"
AlertIgnore 183 Message without SDP is unticked by default

This was found with Access 4 Trunks and dialing an OPTUS mobile number. Other numbers had ring back tone. In this test isolated to OPTUS mobile and Access 4.
