Yeastar - Create a default Inbound route for a SIP trunk


Create a default Inbound route for a SIP trunk


The default route can be used in a few ways

1. all calls no matter what is dialed on the trunk go to one destination 

2. I have assigned multiple DIDs in my inbound routes and I want a rule that covers any other phone number dialed on the trunk


To set up 


Call Control/Inbound Route/Add



Give the Route a name and select the trunk

Select the destination and time condition etc

Save 


If you want to make this a default route for non assigned DIDs


In this scenario I have created 2 DID routes but have other phone numbers assigned to the SIP trunk


The Inbound routes will start at rule 1 and work there way down , so the 2 x DIDS will route off to the correct destination but any other DID dialed will not match rule 1 or Rule 2 so will end up at rule 3

Note these rule are top down so the look up starts at the first route and then moves to the next and so on 


So if my routes are in the incorrect order such as below , the first rule would take effect and the 2 rules for 0735587043 and 0735587044 would be ignored
