Yeastar- Click to dial using Linkus with handset or with Soft phone using Chrome
Click to dial using Linkus with handset or as Soft phone using Google Chrome
Google chrome has an app in the play store that has been specifically designed by yesatar and it can be found here it can be found here
Most click to dial Apps in chrome will send out as +61XXXXXXXXX full international number (unless you are signed into a google account )
We need to remove this as an option
Log in to you Yeastar instance
Goto your outbound route
Create a Dialing route to remove +61. symbol from dialing string (do this in the same order as below as it will run as a top down order) if you are not logged into google suite will dial with +61 format
Google Chrome
- Install and log in you Linkus Desktop client
- Open your Chrome Browser
And select a phone number
You will now be asked to Pick an app
Your soft phone will now dial the hyper link
To use this for a desk phone in the desktop client select the handset
Now test
