This ERN informs you about the release of SV9100 v13.20.52 main software.
SV9100 v13.20.52 main software includes these new system features:
Prg 84-39-05=2 (Add P-Asserted Identity Prg 21-19) to support A Party to C Party CPN pass through. But the A Party to C Party feature did not work when Prg 10-02-03 = 0. When Prg 10-02-03 = No Entry, the Caller ID received for external calls is 9 digits instead of 10 and this is not acceptable to some extension users.
SIP Scripts Below:
SET 84-39 (0,0,4) "2"
SET 84-39 (0,0,41) "1"
SET 84-39 (0,0,57) "1"
• Prg 24-02-14 has been added in R13 or above.

Supported Call forward Types:
Note: Call Forward Busy will not be followed due to Department Group hunt on busy function. |
0=Disable 1=Enable |
0 |
Handset Programing Prg 99-01-30 has the same function as Prg 24-02-14. Since SV9100 CP20 R13 has Prg 24-02-14 this setting needs to be set to 0.
|
Below is an example of Department Group Call flow when Prg 24-02-14 = 0 and STA 103 has a call Forward Off Premise Set. If Prg 24-02-14 is Disabled, then extensions in a Department Group which have Call Forwarding enabled are not included in the call hunt. The extension to which the user is forwarded does not receive the hunted calls. Hunting between STA 101 and STA 102 will follow No Answer timer in Prg 16-01-09. If STA 101 and STA 102 are busy on a call, the external caller will receive busy tone.
CALL FORWARD CALL FORWARD CALL FORWARD OFF PREMISE OFF PREMISE OFF PREMISE
Below is an example of Department Group Call flow when Prg 24-02-14 = 1 (Enabled) and STA 103 has a call Forward Off Premise Set. If Prg 24-02-14 is Enabled then extensions in a Department Group which have Call Forwarding enabled are included in the call hunt. The extension to which the user is forwarded, will receive the hunted calls. But only under the condition where STA 101 & 102 are busy on a call. Hunting between STA 101 and STA 102 will follow No Answer timer in Prg 16-01-09.
