SV9100 v13.20.52 FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS

Group Shape To Image

SV9100 v13.20.52 main software includes these new system features:

New Features

  1. SV9100 software v13.20.50 operation for Telstra SIP Connect requires Diversion header Prg 84-39-42=1 and

Prg 84-39-05=2 (Add P-Asserted Identity Prg 21-19) to support A Party to C Party CPN pass through. But the A Party to C Party feature did not work when Prg 10-02-03 = 0. When Prg 10-02-03 = No Entry, the Caller ID received for external calls is 9 digits instead of 10 and this is not acceptable to some extension users.

  1. SV9100 software v13.20.52 operation for Telstra SIP Connect requires Diversion header Prg 84-39-42 = 1, Prg 84-39-05 = 2 (Add P-Asserted Identity Prg 21-19) and Prg 84-39-58 = 1 to support A Party to C Party CPN pass through. The A Party to C Party feature will now work when Prg 10-02-03 = 0 if SIP Script Prg 84-39-58 = 1.
  1. Automatic transfer (trunk to IP trunk)
  2. Set PRG 14-01-24 = enabled
  3. Set PRG 21-19 = Set CPN of Extension
  4. Set PRG 99-03-68 via Handset Programming = 1 or set to 0 and then use Prg 20-25-21 = Prg 21-13/19
  5. Set Prg 84-39-05 = 2 (Existing)
  6. Set Prg 84-39-42 = 1 (Existing)
  7. Set Prg 84-39-58 = 1 (New)

     SIP Scripts Below:

     SET       84-39   (0,0,4)     "2"

     SET       84-39   (0,0,41)   "1"

     SET       84-39   (0,0,57)   "1"

CONNECT BRIDGE Enhancement

  1. Reported Issue with SV9100 V13.20.50: Incoming DID call to Bridge user fails when Prg 20-25-21 = Prg 21-13 or Prg 99-03-68 = 1. The incoming DID call is answered by UB voicemail with the following prompt "Please enter your pin code. Press # key when done". In some cases, a non UB Bridge user is configured to present extension customer premise number (Prg 21-13/19) for a call forward off-premise. This is also a requirement to be enabled when A Party to C Party pass through for non UB Bridge users is required.

  1. SV9100 v13.20.52 software has been enhanced to forcibly disable PRG20-25-21 for only BLUE carrier trunk. Incoming DID call to Bridge user functions as expected when Prg 20-25-21 = Prg21-13/19. Incoming DID call rings SV9100 extension as well as UB Connect User. A Party to C Party Call Forward off premise feature works in conjunction with UB Bridge.

DEPARTMENT GROUP Enhancement

         Prg 24-02-14 has been added in R13 or above.

Department Group ring on Call Forwarding Terminal

  1. = Disables Department Group Incoming calls to ring terminals that are set with a Call Forward using call forward access code or Prg 24-09 (Call forward Setting Type).
  2. = Enables Department Group Incoming calls to ring terminals that are set with a Call Forward using call forward access code or Prg 24-09 (Call forward Setting Type).

Supported Call forward Types:

  1. Call Forward All
  2. Call Forward No Answer
  3. Call Forward Both Ring to Mobile Extension Destination only.

Note: Call Forward Busy will not be followed due to Department Group hunt on busy function.

0=Disable

1=Enable

Handset Programing Prg 99-01-30 has the same function as Prg 24-02-14. Since

SV9100 CP20 R13 has Prg 24-02-14 this setting needs to be set to 0.

  1. = Disable
  2. = Enable

DEPARTMENT GROUP Enhancement Prg 24-02-14=Disabled

Below is an example of Department Group Call flow when Prg 24-02-14 = 0 and STA 103 has a call Forward Off Premise Set. If Prg 24-02-14 is Disabled, then extensions in a Department Group which have Call Forwarding enabled are not included in the call hunt. The extension to which the user is forwarded does not receive the hunted calls. Hunting between STA 101 and STA 102 will follow No Answer timer in Prg 16-01-09. If STA 101 and STA 102 are busy on a call, the external caller will receive busy tone.

DEPARTMENT GROUP Enhancement Prg 24-02-14 = Enabled

Below is an example of Department Group Call flow when Prg 24-02-14 = 1 (Enabled) and STA 103 has a call Forward Off Premise Set. If Prg 24-02-14 is Enabled then extensions in a Department Group which have Call Forwarding enabled are included in the call hunt. The extension to which the user is forwarded, will receive the hunted calls. But only under the condition where STA 101 & 102 are busy on a call. Hunting between STA 101 and STA 102 will follow No Answer timer in Prg 16-01-09.

Software Improvements

Group Shape To Image

The following represents the SV9100 v13.20.50 software improvements for reported field issues. These issues were reported on the SV9100 v12.10.50 and the associated software patches have been applied to the SV9100 v13.20.50 software.

  1. [SV91-4539] Department Group ring on Call Forwarding Terminal (PRG24-02-14).  Circular routing does not work with a department group member set for call forward Both Ring. When PRG16-01-02 is set to 1 (Circular), each call rings a last member, with Both Ring as enabled, all the time and never rings a new member.
  2. [SV91-4560] Telstra SIP Trunk A Party to C Party Caller ID Pass Through fails when Prg 10-02-03 = 0
  3. [SV91-4581] Incoming DID call to Bridge user fails when Prg 20-25-21 = Prg 21-13.
