Problem:
The Certificate Authority Certificates used for Avaya Push Notification is changing from 30th March 2025 onwards

Resolution:
Access the IPO Security Settings via Manager
Select System, Certificates
Add the Certificates in this folder to the Trusted Certificate Store
Then Select OK and Save the settings back

There are 4 certificates in the folder
Sectigo.pem contains the 3 certificates (sectigo1.cer, sectigo2.cer and sectigo3.cer)

In IPO Manager, Security Settings

Select Add (next to Trusted Certificate Store)

Select Import Certificate from file

Locate and select the Sectigo.pem file

Select Open
