Avaya IPO Divert Group Calls to External Number
Disable (untick) Inhibit Off-Switch Forward/Transfer
Program incoming number and set destination as the Group
Program as required the details and add the Users to ring when the group receives a call
Group, Fallback
Add the External Number to the Out of Service Destination
Group, SIP
Programmed a valid SIP number CLI to display on calls to the External Number
User, Button Programming
Program a Set Hunt Group Out of Service button against the Group. When pressed the green light will appear and the group will be set into Out of Service mode. Calls to the group will now forward to the External Number programmed. Press the button again to turn off the Out of Service mode and return to normal service mode (the green light will disappear) and calls will ring into the Users in the Group.
