Avaya IPO Missed Calls Not Displaying in History or Call Log
Select System, Telephony, Call Log
It is recommended to enable the following (if secondary or expansion systems are in the solution, enable on these systems also)
Enable Default Centralised Call Log On
Enable Log Missed Calls Answered at Coverage
Enable Log Missed Hunt Group Calls
Brief explanation
Missed Hunt Group Calls will only show in Call Logs if the Log Missed Hunt Group Calls is enabled (additionally these groups need to be enabled under the Users individual Call Log, see below)
Calls answered elsewhere (example: a call that rings a phone but is not answered by the phone. Is then answered by the voicemail, It will only show in Call Logs if the Log Missed Calls Answered at Coverage is enabled

Additional Steps for displaying missed group calls
When a User is part of a Group
Select the User
Enable the groups that the user requires missed calls to show for in their call log
Save the config and test
