Create a Group called Emergency.
Set the Ring Mode as Collective.
Add in the User List any Users who require to receive the Emergency Announcement Page on their handset.
Create a Shortcode to be able to call Auto Attendants internally.

Create an Auto Attendant.
Name: Emergency
Maximum Inactivity: 5
Take Note of the AA Number
Record the greeting by calling the last Shortcode (example below *8404) or you can upload a greeting to use here (see article Avaya IPO Upload Greeting Files to Embedded Voicemail)
Edit the Action
Set a Park Slot Prefix of 2 (this is required, as when this is selected the caller will be placed on Park while the Emergency Announcement is paging)
Set the Paging Number as the Emergency Group created.
The Retry Count can be set as required (max 5).
The Retry Timeout can be set as required. (Time between announcements)
Fallback Number is not required.
Page Prompt (select OK on the AA to create, a Short Code should now show, you can dial this Shortcode to record the announcement prompt. or you can upload a greeting to use here (see article Avaya IPO Upload Greeting Files to Embedded Voicemail)

To Use
Press the button on the Users phone.
You will hear the Auto Attendant greeting.
Press the Key Option to Activate the Park & Page.
The Emergency Announcement will page out to the Paging Destination as per the setup.
The phone will hear hold music while this is happening.
To stop the Emergency Announcement, hang up the phone.
If the Emergency Announcement is currently paging when the phone hangs up, it will complete the announcement before stopping.
