Customer requires a button to Forward a Ring group to an alternative answer point (mobile, vmail).
We'll use "going to the pub, divert ring group to Mobile". Additionally referenced as "Break Mode".
So our normal config is using business hours on DDI table to direct call to either Ring Group or Vmail afterhours.
We will leave this inplace
Create a different Business hours
Set this Business hours to be 24/7
Because we are using default business hours to control the call for normal Day/Night, we can use the new one we just created to switch the Ring group via a function key, either on handset or Linkus Client
Edit Ring Group, set the time condition on, set off hours destination.
now we need a way to toggle the off hours:
Set a Function Key, using the feature code generated when we setup the "gone to pub" business hours.
OK, The "gone to pub" mode can now be toggle using a key on Handset or via function key in Linkus desktop app.
