Incoming Call Timers explained 


The timers below are dependent on what Trunk type is selected in 22-02

22-01-02 & 03 enable/disable (Disable by default)

Ring No Answer  Alarm Time -    If a trunk rings a multiline telephone  longer than this time, the System changes the ring cadence. This indicates to the user that the call has been ringing too long.


22-01-04 -Normal or DIL incoming trunk selected  (22-02)

DIL/Incoming Ring Group No Answer Time: A DIL that rings its programmed destination longer than this time diverts to the DIL No Answer Ring Group (set in Program 22-08). 






22-01-06 – DDI incoming trunk selected (22-02)

DID Ring-No-Answer Time In systems with DID Ring-No-Answer Intercept, this time sets the Ring-No-Answer time. This time is how long a DID call rings the destination extension before rerouting to the intercept ring group. This is the time between 22-11-02 Target and 22-11-05 Transfer Target

22-01-07  - DDI incoming trunk selected (22-02)

DID Incoming Ring Group No answer Timer calls will overflow from Transfer Target 1  22-11-05 to Transfer Target 2 22-11-06

22-01-11 VRS Delayed Message interval time , Time between 1st VRS message plays 22-14-02 and 2nd VRS message plays 22-14-04



VRS timers for each Incoming Ring group 

22-14-01 time before the first VRS message plays (this is per incoming ring group)

Time between 1st and 2nd VRS message is on 22-01-11 (see above) this is a system wide setting
