A Static Public IP for the NEC system
Port forward (default UDP 5070) on your external router to the LAN address of the CPU (10-12-09)
Port forward range (UDP 10020-10531) on your external router to the LAN address of the DSP (84-26-01).
SIP ALG disabled on the customers router

BE1114054-PC20 appears as a 5111 lic on the system:
SL2100:
Note: for the SV2100 VOIPDB is only required if you need to exceed 8 VoIP channels
BE116746 appears as a 5111 Lic on the system
System Programming:
PRG 10-12-09 Valid IP address on the customers network
RRG 10-12-10 Subnet mask that matches the customers network
PRG 84-26-01 Valid IP address on the customers network ( by convention, one IP above 10-12-09 )
PRG 84-20-01 Change from default 5070 to a port number above 10,000 eg 10570
PRG 10-33-02 Enable Authentication Mode
Assign password to extension port
This feature is only available using PC Pro, HTTP access will only show extensions that has physical hardware attached ( Analogue blade , Digital blade or ports with a MAC address assigned )
In order to see “Unregistered” extension ports you must allow them to be viewed:
Open PCPro connect to the system and download the database then select:
Filter options > IP Phone list > Select unused extension ports
Assign a password in PRG 15-05-16, per extension
Enable NAT Plug and Play in PRG 15-05-45, per extension
Call2Teams Setup – PBX
Select Services, PBX
Select Add Additional PBX
Setup the PBX details and select Add PBX, Select Custom
Enter a Service Name and set the Country.
In SIP Domain, enter the systems external IP Address
In SIP Proxy, enter the systems external IP Address : port number
Manage Calling Policy
E164 Number translation
Outbound International Prefix set to 00011
Outbound National Prefix set to 00
Inbound International Prefix set to 0011
Users
Select Add User
Select the User from the drop-down list.
Enter the Users phone number (this number is the one assigned to the User NEC system)
Select the PBX to register against
Set the SIP Username and Auth Username as the Extension Number in the NEC
Set the Password as the Extension Password in the NEC (the User Login Code in the NEC should be the same)
Select Add
The User Registration will be green if registration to the PBX is successful.
