NEC -Extension Swap using Web Pro
Conditions
The both phones must be connected to the system for this to work ,
You can swap MLT to IP, IP to MLT , you cannot swap SLT to IP or MLT
You can swap SLT to SLT
- Log in to web pro
- Click on in the Top tool bar , the copy feature
- Click on Swap
- Select who you want to swap ( in this case 101 with 111 , MLT with IP)
Apply
IP phone reboots and comes up with new extension
MLT resets and comes up with new extension
If you get an error
Either the phone is not connected or you are going SLT to MLT (see conditions)
