Avaya J Series Handsets Product ID Codes – IPO & 3PCC (3rd Party Open SIP) Firmware
The J Series handsets can be purchased in two versions.
- Avaya IPO version can be connected to both IP Office and Avaya Cloud Office
- 3PCC (3rd Party Open SIP) version can only be connected to Avaya Cloud Office
Please be advised that this is to the best of CommsPlus knowledge. The only 100% way to know that a phone can be connected to an IP Office would be to reset the phone to default and connect to an IP Office to confirm compatibility.
