Note: erasing security settings will also erase the certificates


Access the IPOSE via SSH and login as root


Enter the command (its a dash followed by a lower case L)

screen -l


Enter the commands below

/opt/Avaya/clish

admin

Administrator

<Enter Linux Administrator Password>

at-commands

erase

erasesecurity

You can now access the IPOSE via Web Manager or Manager using the default username and password Administrator


You will be prompted to set new Administrator, security and System passwords (write these down)
