Confirm the RTP keepalives are enabled

Confirm the ITSP Domain Name is correct
Confirm the VoIP settings are correct (example)
Add the credentials into the one SIP trunk

Note: The Incoming Group ID number must be the same for all credentials
In the below we have used Incoming Group ID 17 for the incoming calls
In these entries we have set the Outgoing Group ID to 99 (which is not going to be used)

In the below we have used Outgoing Group ID 17 and 18 for the outgoing calls

Incoming Call Routes
Add an entry for each incoming number, assign the Incoming Group ID 17 and set the destination as required
ARS
Create an ARS for each Outgoing Group ID
Outgoing Calls for Credential 1
Outgoing Calls for Credential 2
User Rights
Create User Rights for each Outgoing Credential to route via the ARS
Outgoing Calls for Credential 1
Assign the User Right to the Users
Outgoing Calls for Credential 2
Assign the User Right to the Users

Add the CLI the user will display when dialing out

Save the changes to the configuration
Open System Status, select the SIP trunk and Trace All
Make calls outbound to confirm the correct number is sent out
