Ordering and Provisioning Grandstream UCM Cloud

The yearly subscription for Grandstream UCM is assigned to the MAC address of the UCM instance. So there are 2 ways to order and assign the subscription to an instance

Option 1 – setup trial instance first

Run up as a trial first and order subscription .

Log into GDMS portal with your login

https://www.gdms.cloud/login 

Select CloudUCM from left hand menu, and then select free trial

Once you have followed the steps , send your UCM order to Commsplus, orders@commsplus.com.au  with the MAC address assigned to your trial.

Include on your order:

4. MAC address of instance
5. Subscription type 
6. Subscription term – number of years
7. End Client Name- this is used as a reference when we notify you of renewals.

We will provision the subscription against that MAC address and notify you via email when complete.

Please check in GDMS on receipt of email, that subscription has been applied to Trial instance

Option 2 - place order first

Please send send your UCM order to Commsplus, orders@commsplus.com.au  

Include on your order:

7. Subscription type
8. Subscription term – number of years
9. End Client Name- this is used as a reference when we notify you of renewals.

Once we have completed the order, we will snotify you via email, email will contain the MAC address and Initial password of UCM instance.

On receipt of notification, you can provision the instance in your GDMS portal

Log into GDMS portal with your login

https://www.gdms.cloud/login 

Select CloudUCM from portal menu

From left hand menu select CloudUCM, select Add device.

Enter the MAC address and Initial Password from the email notification.
