Deploy IPOSE on instance
Complete IPOSE ignite.
LAN Settings in IPOSE
Basic Security settings IPOSE
Basic Service User settings IPOSE
Setup for COM and licencing ( only if access to subscription notification has been provided)
Upgrade to latest Firmware, via COM server
Setup self signed certificate
Firewall will be set to allow access from IP’s nominated from dealer (dealer IP and client IP), If access for mobile devices, dealer to notify and port for TLS will be opened
AWS ACR Install
Setup of EC2 instance
Setup security groups and routing
Setup DNS records
Deploy ACR on instance
Complete ACR sync with IPOSE (CPD Hosted)
LAN Settings in ACR
Basic Service User settings ACR
Setup for licencing ( only if access to licencing notification has been provided, by business partner)
Firewall will be set to allow access from IP’s nominated from dealer (dealer IP and client IP)
AWS ACR Contact Centre Install
Setup of EC2 instance
Setup security groups and routing
Setup DNS records
Deploy Contact Centre on instance
Complete ACR sync with Contact Centre (CPD Hosted)
LAN Settings in Contact Centre
Setup for licencing ( only if access to licencing notification has been provided, by business partner)
Firewall will be set to allow access from IP’s nominated from dealer (dealer IP and client IP)
