Avaya IPO Creating a Login for End Customer to Access and Configure the System Programming
Login to the security
Select Right Groups
Right click in the list of the existing Rights Group
Create a new Rights Group and enter a name for the Rights Group
Select Configuration
Enable Read All, Write All and Merge Configuration
Enable in Manager Operator Rights the elements you want to allow the Customer to access and edit
The Manager Operator Rights apply to the Windows Manager programming software only
Select Web Services
Enable Read All, Write All
Enable in Web Manager Rights the elements you want to allow the Customer to access and edit
The Web Manager Rights apply to the Web Manager only
Select OK to create the Rights Group
Note the above is an example, if you select the different tabs, you will find different elements available to enable, allowing the Rights Group to access them
Select Service Users
Right click in the list of the existing Service Users
Create a new Service User and enter a name for the Service User (this is the Username)
Enter a Password and ensure the Account Status is Enabled
Select the new Rights Group created to enable it for the new Service User
Select OK to create the Service User
Select File, Save Security Settings
Select File, Close Security Settings
Select File, Configuration
Select File, Open Configuration
Select the Avaya IPO
Enter the new Service Username and Password
Confirm the login is successful and the elements in the Configuration Tree on the left are the elements you had enabled for the Rights Group
Access the Avaya IPO Web Manager
IP500v2 – https://<IPAddress>:8443/WebMgmtEE/WebManagement.html
IPOSE - https://<IPAddress>:7070/WebManagement/WebManagement.html
Login with the new Service Username and Password
Select the different tabs across the top to confirm the elements you had enabled for the Rights Group are available
