Dear Team,
We are excited to announce that we are making changes to our existing Support Desk system . This change is aimed at enhancing efficiency, streamlining processes, and providing better support to all of you.

These changes will be implemented over the next few months.

What You Need to Do:
  1. Make sure you have a login to the Commsplus support site . If you don't have a login, request one here.
  2. Training: We will email, and post on support site, new procedures and ways to raise support inquiries. So keep an eye out for those in the coming months
  3. Feedback: Your feedback is crucial! As you start using the new Help Desk, please share any observations or suggestions with us.
